You're in the right place if...

  • It is completely normal to feel validated by your new diagnosis while simultaneously grieving the immense energy it took to survive without support.

  • Growing up undiagnosed forced you to mimic and people-please to fit in, making unmasking a slow process of discovering who you actually are.

  • A late diagnosis requires mapping your true energy limits and setting firm boundaries so you can stop forcing your brain into a mold that burns you out.

  • You don’t need generic lifestyle hacks; you need a neuro-affirming space that understands your unique nervous system and honors your lived experience.

  • Midlife hormonal drops directly deplete the brain chemicals needed for executive function, causing your decades-long survival mask to naturally dissolve.
